After 2 years of researching locations with the ingredients of a sustainable life, Richard formed RainDrop Partners, and relocated his family to Costa Rica in 2006.  The past 3 years were spent designing sustainable resort communities, and researching leading Cleantech concepts, products, and companies. 

He led 3 projects with estimated gross sales of over $250MM, and coordinated all sustainability sub contractors/consultants.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, is a private pilot, and enjoys sailing.
