He also has extensive acquisition, valuation, asset management, and finance experience in domestic Real Estate. Previously, Zach worked in Amsterdam for KPNQwest as the youngest vice-president of finance and in various other positions. He also previously worked for VeloCom, a Latin America telecom start up that raised the largest private placement in Colorado history, over $2.5B. Zach worked at Trammell Crow as a financial analyst focusing on the acquisition and development of underperforming commercial properties involving over $50M in development deals. He began his career in New York City working with the International Securities Lending department for Goldman Sachs. He graduated from Emory University with a degree in International Studies.
Zach has traveled and lived abroad extensively including Argentina, Spain. His interests include any outdoor sport, travel, puzzles, international politics, world events and parties, Shamanism, and the Denver Broncos. Zach speaks Spanish and Portuguese, is a contributing writer to a graduate school International Real Estate book, a speaker to International MBA students, and lecturer at private equity real estate conferences.
